By accessing the winbd19 website at winbd19.net, creating a player account, or using any product or service provided by winbd19 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant-win games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. winbd19 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to suspend account access while verification is pending. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within 30 days of a request will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of bonus balances.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) winbd19 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonus winnings associated with them will be forfeited without compensation.

When registering an account with winbd19, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (specifying division — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Barisal, Rajshahi, Rangpur, or Mymensingh), mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbd19 username and password. winbd19 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. You must notify winbd19 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].

winbd19 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

Account Currency

All winbd19 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and all financial figures displayed on the platform are expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. Currency conversion is not available on the winbd19 platform.

winbd19 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via payment methods that are registered in the same name as the winbd19 account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payer is not the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in a refund to source and potential account review.

Accepted Payment Methods

Sports Betting

Odds are quoted in decimal format and reflect the probability of each outcome at the time of bet placement. Pre-match odds are locked at the time a bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and your confirmed in-play bet price is the price displayed at the moment of confirmation. winbd19 reserves the right to suspend or void any market where:

• Identity fraud: Providing false or stolen identity documents during registration or KYC verification.

• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human oversight.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker-style or live casino contexts.
• Arbitrage and matched betting with bonus funds: Systematically exploiting bonus offers using low-risk hedging strategies that do not constitute genuine gameplay.

winbd19 may suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC documents are not provided within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• A self-exclusion request is received and processed.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law-enforcement request requires it.

Self-Exclusion

winbd19 supports player-initiated self-exclusion as part of its responsible-gaming commitment. Players may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. Once self-excluded, a player may not open a new winbd19 account. Circumventing a self-exclusion by creating additional accounts is a breach of these Terms.

Disputes

If you believe winbd19 has acted incorrectly in relation to your account, a bet settlement, or a payment, you should submit a formal dispute by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. winbd19 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. winbd19's decision on disputes is final unless you have statutory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
